To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Managers to join our Field Sales team. This role will service Corporate Supermarket (Woolworths/Coles), Independent Supermarkets, licensed & convenience accounts. The role will be responsible for delivering category growth in all customers through selling against commercial and customer plans to ensure we secure distribution, displays and promotional support of our brands. Additionally, this role comes with a company car, phone, iPad, uniforms, POS, and has a bonus structure included. The focus of these roles is to deliver category growth across your customer geography, and drive mutual profitability through solid execution.

Responsibilities
Manage existing territory of customers to execute customer plans, influence inventory, increase footprint, and deliver mutual growth, in addition to scoping and securing new business opportunities
Sell in new and exciting products, bringing to life sales strategy and channel blueprint plans across your customers
Leverage store sales data and business reviews to drive sales opportunities, and commercialise business objectives. Ensure results are captured through iPad, and are shared back to the business and your customers
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including key customers and Multi Site Operators.
Qualifications
Previous experience within a Sales role is advantageous but not essential
Demonstrate ability to leverage sales data and category insights to influence customer decisions, build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver tailored, data-driven recommendations that drive business growth
Organisation and prioritisation skills, to manage workload autonomously with little supervision
Abillity to hit set KPIs, and share back wins with the wider sales team
