The Role
We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a Corporate HSE Coordinator to join our HSE team in a Full-Time capacity with hybrid working options
Support the Head of HSE Construction & Corporate in the implementation of Gransolar's multi-tiered HSE Management System.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Support our construction projects and corporate level stakeholders with the implementation and utilisation of Gransolar's Online Risk and Compliance Platform (Hammertech).
* Support project and corporate level stakeholders with the development and dissemination of whole company consultation processes (Safety Alerts, Information Alerts, Incident Alerts).
* Assisting the Head of HSE with the collation of corporate HSE reports.
* Assist the Project HSE Managers in the completion of weekly and monthly HSE reports as necessary.
* Facilitate the WHS component of the corporate HSE inductions.
* Undertake HSE inspections for corporate offices as required.
* Assist the Head of HSE with the development and/or improvement of Gransolar's WHS Management System and risk management tools.
* Act as one of the corporate First Aid Officers.
* Facilitate corporate consultative arrangements.
* Assist with the development of corporate risk management tools.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Min - Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (advantageous).
* 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience in renewables would be great but not essential
