The Role
We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for a O&M SCADA and I&C Technician to join our O&M team in a Full-Time working options
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing and optimizing control systems for solar generation assets.
* Overseeing network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and routers for SCADA and automation systems
* Monitoring performance and diagnosing faults across SCADA, PLCs, and data communication pathways
* Collaborating with technicians to troubleshoot control, electrical, and networking issues
* Ensuring compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory standards
* Supporting system upgrades, network expansions, and technical documentation
* Safeguarding of Passwords and system locking details.
* Maintenance of systems
* Creating of maintenance reports
* Fault finding and preparation of RCA.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering—or equivalent
* 3+ years' experience in control systems and industrial network management
* Fault finding proficiency in SCADA, HMI interfaces, PLC programming, and IP-based communications
* Familiarity with network tools, topologies, and cybersecurity best practices
* Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* Passion for sustainability and team collaboration
* Compliant with SOCI act requirements for Critical workers.
* Drivers Licence and ability to travel across Australia if needed.
