What you will be doing
As a Service Technician for Culligan, you will be performing services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.

What you will be doing (continued)
* Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing water filtration systems (using manuals & tools)
* Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
* Assessing equipment and recommending repairs to customers
* Coordinating with the Customer Care team to schedule follow-up visits
* Delivering great customer service while representing the Culligan brand

What we are looking for
* Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc)
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
* Comfortable working independently in the field
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Full Australian drivers licence
