We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our growing team, servicing projects across Ipswich and South Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leader delivering high-quality restoration solutions across residential, commercial and government sectors.
About the Role As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with and delivering restoration works to properties affected by events such as storms, flooding, fire, and other natural disasters. You will play a key role in returning damaged buildings to safe, compliant and functional condition.
Salary: $60,000 + Super (Junior Technicians) - $80,000 + Super (Experienced Technicians)
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct water damage restoration, structural drying and moisture monitoring
* Assist with fire and smoke damage remediation
* Perform strip-outs and demolition works as required
* Install drying equipment and monitor progress
* Liaise professionally with clients, insurers and project managers
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in restoration, remedial works, construction, or a trade background (highly regarded)
* Junior candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply
* White Card (required)
* Current driver’s licence (required)
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Physically fit and willing to work in varied site conditions
