As a highly organised and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of organisational development programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project coordination, accurate record-keeping, and end-to-end event administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate multiple projects across various teams, including learning and development initiatives, regular assessments, and feedback sessions.
* Maintain accurate records of participant lists, schedules, attendance, and other relevant details using Excel and learning management software.
* Assist in the end-to-end coordination and administration of organisational development and learning events, including vendor liaison, participant scheduling, stakeholder management, and communication drafting.
**Requirements**
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in Learning and Development, Organisational Development, or Talent Management/HR.
* Proven experience in planning, coordinating logistics for internal and external training programs, conferences, and events.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.
