Job Description:
Fitters and Mechanical Service Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems. This position involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance on these systems, including electrical and mechanical components.

Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections and repairs to identify and fix faults in automated systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure maximum system availability for our clients, which may involve assisting with general flow control and working with automation specialists.
• Implement measures to improve equipment reliability by streamlining processes and procedures on site.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety in the workplace, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.

Your Profile:
We are looking for individuals with relevant trade-based qualifications and a solid understanding of industrial controls. If you have a mechanical aptitude and experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMI, and other related technologies, we want to hear from you!
Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with computers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within our team.
As a Fitter/Mechanical Service Technician, you will work on a 4/4 rotating roster, with two 12-hour day shifts, two 12-hour night shifts, and four consecutive days off each week.
