About This Role
On behalf of a tier one oil and gas business, we are seeking a highly capable Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-performing Supply Chain Excellence team. This pivotal role focuses on transforming data into meaningful intelligence that drives decision‐making across procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and leadership functions. You will be the engine behind dashboards, performance reporting, automation, and market intelligence that enables the supply chain to operate smarter, faster, and with greater visibility of risk and opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver high‐quality analytics, reporting, and insight that supports both strategic and operational supply chain performance.
Key Focus Areas
* Developing automated KPI reporting processes and improving data integrity across systems.
* Designing and enhancing dashboards that track workflow efficiency and performance.
* Leading monthly and quarterly performance reporting, scorecards, and executive summaries.
* Driving standardisation of data sources, definitions, and reporting processes across the supply chain.
* Producing and continuously improving Market Intelligence reporting, including commodity trends, pricing movements, supplier landscape shifts, and geopolitical impacts.
* Supporting category teams with benchmark insights and supplier performance data.
* Facilitating supply‐chain risk reviews and maintaining risk dashboards and registers.
* Partnering closely with procurement, logistics, planning, finance, operations, IT, legal, and HSE stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
* Supporting change‐management and continuous‐improvement initiatives across the function.

* Reports are used in executive conversations.
* Insights influence decisions that impact millions in spend and operational performance.
Requirements
* Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, or supply chain analysis roles.
* Advanced Power BI (or similar BI platform) capability.
* Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data modelling skills.
* Experience building automated reporting processes (Power Automate, Python, VBA or similar).
* Exposure to SAP and ARIBA.
* Solid understanding of end‐to‐end supply chain processes.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple departments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* University qualification in a relevant discipline.
