Business Development Manager - Electronic Security
The Austcorp-Executive is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the electronic security and surveillance solutions.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop key relationships with customers, maximize account value, and identify new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

The Role
1. Account Management: Develop key relationships with customers to maximize account value and cross-selling opportunities.
2. Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
3. Participate in the development of new business opportunities, including sourcing prospective customers, coordinating sales meetings for the business development team, and pursuing repeat business opportunities with existing clients.
4. Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
The Candidate
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Security.
2. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
3. Experience managing accounts/clients within the Electronic Security space.
4. Experienced with high-security alarm systems.
5. Hold a valid Driver's License.
6. Possess a NSW Security Licence.
7. Demonstrate customer and sales focus, with a passion for making a positive difference for customers and the business.

This role requires a Mid-Senior level professional with a Full-time employment type and expertise in Computer and Network Security.
