The Role
We are currently looking for Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team in the Riverina Region! You can choose from either of our locations: Albury, Wagga Wagga or Shepparton.
In a nutshell, our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Main responsibilities;
Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals) to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clientsProvide clinical opinions and justification through report writingAttend various workplaces weekly, learning the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at workEducate workplaces on managing and preventing workplace injuriesBuild relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
