Qualifications
* Minimum 1+ years of medical reception experience required
* Experience working with medical software – Best Practice / Shexie or other
* Moderate to high level of computer literacy
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
* Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Ability to take initiative and prioritise workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Ability to work harmoniously with other team members
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic – reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
* Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, and booking patient appointments
* Document scanning and email management
* Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain patient records.
* Patient billing and payment collection
* Preparing theatre list and leasing with relevant teams
* General administrative tasks to support smooth and efficient daily clinic operations.
