Logistics Coordinator Role Summary

Cochlear is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods into and out of our warehouse, supporting customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products.
\
2. Manage relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and products.
\
3. Conduct regular cycle counts and report on any discrepancies or non-conformances.
\
4. Pack items according to set standards, conduct final inspections, and record results.
\
5. Perform receipt and inspection of materials using Oracle methodologies.
\

Your Skills and Qualifications:
\
\
6. Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
\
7. Ability to lift and move loads of up to 10kgs and experience with picking and packing.
\
8. Process-driven individual who can follow detailed instructions.
\
9. Ability to work in a repetitive environment and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
