Your Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy pub, club, or hotel environment
* Strong understanding of financial performance, P&L statements, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to build strong, engaged teams
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance, licensing, and gaming operations
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality and community engagement
