About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Centre, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
* Manage the daily activities of the Centre, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and risk management.
* Oversee the delivery of essential services and facilities, including meals, amenities, maintenance, stock control, and guest support activities.
* Evaluate operational procedures to ensure they are efficient and aligned with organisational values and principles.
* Develop and implement strategies to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, WHS compliance, and risk management.
* Manage operational budgets, procurement, inventory, data collection, and administrative requirements, ensuring accurate records and confidentiality.
* Lead, support, and develop staff and volunteers, including rostering, training, performance support, and workforce planning.
* Foster a positive and mission-aligned team culture.
* Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations and service providers, coordinating external programs delivered onsite.
