In this role, you will work with materials like leather, rubber, and plastics to create high-quality products for the construction industry, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
Requirement
* Essential to have a proven track record as an industrial sewing machinist.
* Strong understanding of operating walking foot flat bed, binding, and twin needle flat bed machines.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively without supervision.
* Experience working with heavy materials such as leather, rubber, and plastics.
* Must submit a resume detailing machine operating experience and material handling.
Work Conditions
* Glenorie, Sydney 2157 (The Hills area, approximately 45 minutes from the Opera House).
* Accessible via Metro train to Castle Hill, followed by a bus to Glenorie.
* Varying work hours with flexibility required between Monday to Friday.
* Work within a dynamic, fast-paced production team environment.
Responsibilities
* Run industrial machines including walking foot flat bed, binding machines, and twin needle flat bed machines.
* Perform table hand work required in the manufacturing process.
* Complete packing tasks for finished goods prior to dispatch.
* Work with specialized materials to ensure the creation of high-quality products for the construction industry.
