We're looking for an Operations Program Manager to help our teams create flow, drive quality, plan, and track OKRs.
This role will involve:
* Owning planning rituals and tools for a department of 500 people
* Organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly ceremonies
* Facilitating decision-making processes across projects and teams
* Driving ad-hoc projects and requests from leadership teams
You'll work collaboratively with teams, influencing strategy and execution. We're looking for someone with experience in operational roles, preferably in complex environments.
To be successful, you'll need strong programme management skills, stakeholder management, and collaboration. You'll also need a general understanding of design, product, and engineering crafts.
