About the job
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-focused Sales Representative to join a leading machinery dealership in the Lockyer Valley. Based in the Brisbane West, Ipswich or Toowoomba areas, you\'ll join a supportive team with a positive culture and a strong focus on customer relationships. This is a fast-paced role where you\'ll be responsible for selling a diverse range of new and used agricultural and turf equipment, with a focus on a couple of world-leading brands. Working in a key agricultural region, you will actively pursue new business while nurturing an existing customer base. The role requires someone with a can-do attitude who thrives on a challenge. You will be well-supported by a knowledgeable colleague and a new Branch Manager who is committed to the team\'s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities within your territory.
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and product presentations.
- Track all sales activity using the internal CRM system.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the machinery or agricultural sector.
- A strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with options for a fully maintained company vehicle. A lucrative uncapped commission structure provides the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your sales performance.
