We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Salesperson to join our growing team at Carlisle Furniture & Bedding.
About the Role:
As a sales consultant, you'll be assisting customers in choosing the perfect furniture for their homes. Your role will include providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an inviting showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Process sales transactions accurately
* Maintain showroom presentation standards
* Assist with stock displays and promotions
What We're Looking For:
* Previous retail or sales experience (furniture sales preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays if required
* Reliable, well-presented, and team-oriented
