Key responsibilities: Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming) Support mobility and manual handling Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Build positive relationships with residents and staff Maintain accurate documentation Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Minimum 6 months experience in aged care or similar Current Police Check NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) Full working rights in Australia Ability to travel to site (DIDO arrangement) Why DIDO?
