What you'll be doing
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
* Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans
What you'll need to have
* A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) – students welcomed
* A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
* Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
* A positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24 / 7 roster including passive overnight shifts
