Supply Chain Lead
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused go-getter to join the Heidelberg Materials Australia team in Kilmore, Victoria. The Batcher has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term role, Monday to Friday, including overtime and rostered Saturday work according to business needs.
In your recent role with us, you will be:
- Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant- Operating a front-end loader (FEL)- Regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries- Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer- Able to demonstrate safety and show coach and mentoring potential- Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements- Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required- Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling

What we offer:
