About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our valued customers and our expert service team. Your role is to provide a seamless, high-quality service experience, ensuring every customer receives the premium care and attention they expect from a trusted brand .
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers, understanding their service needs
* Provide expert customer support on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
* Coordinate service bookings and ensure efficient workflow
* Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process
* Collaborate with technicians and the wider team to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor (prestige brand experience highly regarded)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Passion for the Isuzu brand and the automotive industry
* Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
* A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Applicants must have;
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
5 day working week – Monday to Friday. 7.15am-5.00pm with OT
Support to develop your career within the automotive industry
Continuous on the job training on all our in‑house systems
