We're looking for a reliable and experienced Leading Hand or Skilled Civil Labourer to join a water reservoir refurbishment in Newtown. This is a physically active, full-time role with the potential to run for 6 months or more.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with the removal of internal concrete linings using hand tools
* Supporting concrete repair tasks including grinding, jackhammering and basic rendering
* Helping keep the site clean, organised and safe
* Spotting for confined space entries
* Providing support to the site supervisor and other team members
What You'll Need to Bring
* Previous experience in civil, concrete or infrastructure projects
* Confidence using power tools like jackhammers and grinders
* A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
* Good communication and ability to follow direction
* Rendering skills – desirable but not essential
