* 15+ years in portfolio, program, and project management.
* 10+ years in leadership, including 5+ years at senior level.
* A proven ability to influence, inspire, and build trust at all levels.
* Expertise in frameworks, methodologies, and capability uplift in complex environments.
* Qualifications in portfolio, program, and/or project management.
* Experience in government-owned enterprises - an added advantage.
