Intrinzic has partnered exclusively with a high-growth global technology company seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their expanding engineering team.
We’re looking for an experienced SRE with a track record of supporting SaaS companies through periods of rapid scale. You’ll bring hands-on technical expertise, thought leadership, and the ability to embed reliability-first thinking across a growing engineering organisation.
This is an opportunity to help shape practices in a relatively early-stage SRE environment, working alongside 40+ developers (and growing fast).
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong background with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus).
- Proven ability to build dev-friendly observability frameworks/templates.
- Solid AWS experience (GCP/Azure also considered if AWS background exists).
- Expertise in CI/CD enablement (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
- Experience supporting large-scale, fast-moving engineering organisations (40+ devs).
- Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and incident postmortems.
- Hands-on experience with reliability patterns: retries, backoff, circuit breakers, idempotency, graceful degradation.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with robust thought-leadership qualities.

What We Offer
- Base pay range: A$170,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr
