The opportunity: Sales Consultants at our Mona Vale club (known as Member Support Consultants, MSCs) are the driving force behind the success of Fitness First. They are the first point of contact with our members and inspire many to become more active, fulfilled, and confident.
No two days are the same as an MSC. You will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting leads, and inspiring positive health and wellness changes. You will also support membership retention by engaging with existing members, assisting with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
