This role offers the exciting opportunity to draw on your business operations, administration or project support experience and knowledge of software applications,
information management systems and database to work closely with the AO5 Senior Project Support Officer to provide high quality support services to Project Directors and the broader project team in a site-based environment.
This work is to enhance the timely and effective delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the AO5 Senior Project Support Officer, project team management and project staff including
- applying knowledge of recordkeeping management principles, policies and standards to capture information into the transport portfolio electronic document records management system (eDRMS)
- coordinating the day-to-day document and records management activities, including providing advice and support advice to team members to ensure project complies with legislative requirements
- preparation and distribution of range of documents, reports, submissions and registers
- managing general office supplies, equipment, team PPE requirements and management of fleet of project vehicles
- supporting HR, finance, procurement, project controls (3PCM) and general office activities.
- coordinating meetings/workshops/forums, including preparation of associated documents (for example, agenda, minutes and presentations) and arranging venue or catering as required.
• Foster and maintain positive and productive working relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively coordinate and contribute to activities to improve/maintain positive and productive team culture.
• Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Departmental policy and governance obligations
