Job Overview
Serving as a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of configuration tasks to Enterprise/Wholesale customers. This role involves managing change requests, performing standard testing and troubleshooting, and validating wiring connections.
* Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with field operations to ensure efficient dispatching of installation teams.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network infrastructure project management.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in network infrastructure project management.
* Strong understanding of Provisioning process, Telephone, Internet, Data, Service Activation, and switch and router configuration.
