Insurance Operations Knowledge Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable professional to drive and deliver quality learning outcomes for our Insurance Operations team. The successful candidate will support the implementation of system or process uplifts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Key responsibilities include delivering quality multi-channel learning programs and experiences, providing analytical assessments to improve learning experience and outcomes, and assisting with project deliverables.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5 years' experience in the superannuation industry or a similar role
* RG146 certification preferred
* Solid understanding of superannuation processes and legislation
* Basic knowledge of insurance within superannuation
