Appoint is proud to partner with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) to recruit an experienced Project Support Officer to assist with the delivery of a major transport project in the North Coast region.
Based in Maroochydore, you'll be joining a high-performing project team, providing essential administrative and program support to help the project achieve key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll draw on your strong program administration skills to:
* Manage document control systems ensuring accurate filing, version control, and timely retrieval of project documentation.
* Maintain controlled access to sensitive materials, safeguarding confidentiality and permissions.
* Coordinate document workflows, track submissions and approvals, and support efficient communication across stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain administrative systems such as stakeholder registers and correspondence logs.
* Provide high-level administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and preparation of reports and presentations.
* Develop and maintain spreadsheets and statistical reports to support informed project decision-making.
* Ensure all administrative processes align with quality and governance standards.
* Prepare professional correspondence and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
About You
You are an experienced Project Support Officer or Project Administrator with a background in the public sector or transport/infrastructure projects. You thrive in a busy environment and are confident juggling competing priorities with professionalism and precision.
