You’ll join our QLD Commercial Banking team as an Assistant Relationship Manager, based in Brisbane on Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country. This is a full time role where you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to support and grow a portfolio of commercial customers. You’ll bring strong analytical thinking to the table, using financial statements, cash flow analysis and risk assessments to support lending decisions and credit submissions. You’ll also help structure deals, identify emerging risks and contribute insights that help customers stay financially strong. This role is ideal for someone from an analyst, accounting or finance background who enjoys problem solving, learning through exposure and building trusted relationships along the way. What do I need? • A degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance, or equivalent practical experience • Strong analytical skills with confidence in financial statement, cash flow and risk analysis • Experience in an analyst, accounting or finance related role • Ability to turn complex financial information into clear and practical insights • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, relationship focused approach Why join us?
