We are currently seeking expressions of interest for full-time culinary leaders to join our FIFO/DIDO Resources Catering Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring all safety and quality processes are followed and exceed customer expectations in regard to a healthy and delicious food offering, whilst being in line with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery
* Previous experience as a Head Chef
* High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience
* Previous remote village or camp experience
* Ability to work to client expectations
* Ability to work a flexible roster
* Creative periodical menu planning and implementation
* Training and development of existing kitchen staff
* Current Coal Board Medical and Pre-Employment Functional Assessment or willing to obtain
* Current Standard 11 Certificate or willing to obtain
