Role
We are seeking a agile and commercially driven Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across Melbourne2 s North and West regions. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, inspiring, and developing Store Managers and their teams to deliver sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and KPI performance across your region through effective leadership and coaching.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations.
- Lead, inspire and develop Store Managers, fostering high-performing teams.
- Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and stock management.
- Monitor financial performance including wages, shrinkage and controllable costs.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and omni-channel experiences.
- Build strong internal relationships and act as a true brand ambassador.
- Managing and overseeing multiple boutiques and concessions.

- Proven multi-site or large-format management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a related retail sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse reports and deliver results.
