Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in process
* Provide personalized service, anticipating and meeting guests' needs
* Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest's experience
* Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences
Requirements
* Service-focused personality and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work shifts (mostly afternoon/evening) and availability on weekends
* Additional Information: Previous experience is an asset; prior experience working with hospitality systems is beneficial; fluency in English is required
