Retail Store Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

* Optimizing store performance and profitability
* Training team members in customer service and sales techniques
* Analyzing sales results and implementing strategies to boost sales
* Scheduling employees based on performance and in-store traffic
* Setting sales goals and sharing them with the sales team
* Staying informed of store tasks and activities


Human Resources

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters excellence and instills pride in being part of the team.

* Mobilizing the team to achieve shared goals
* Bringing the company vision and mission to life in the workplace
* Demonstrating leadership and acting as an inspirational role model at all times
* Recruiting, preparing, and training new employees
* Managing labour disputes and applying disciplinary actions as needed


Marketing and Visual Presentation

The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store, staying up-to-date with competitor activity, and building relationships with customers.

* Maintaining knowledge of products and technical features
* Creating an attractive store display based on planograms
* Keeping track of competitor activity
* Building a loyal customer base by showcasing the brand image
* Developing an action plan to improve inventory management results
* Collaborating with mall administration


Administration

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing reports to optimize productivity and sales, managing controllable expenses, and collaborating with head office departments.
