The role of Learning and Development Advisor is a key position within our organization, responsible for creating and delivering learning programs that align with the company's vision and strategic goals.
This involves designing and implementing company-wide and function-specific learning initiatives, as well as managing learning content and resources. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Managing learning platforms and digital libraries to ensure timely access to information
* Coordinating all L&D activities, including logistics and vendor management
* Providing support to employees on their learning and development needs
* Creating an annual calendar of face-to-face learning events to promote collaboration and growth
To excel in this role, applicants should possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in learning design, assessment, and facilitation
* Strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail
* Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content authoring tools
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
* Confidence using LMS platforms and e-learning design software
