This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing acute suicidal distress or recovering from a suicide attempt. The HOPE program offers specialised, evidence-based mental health support to individuals aged 16 and over. Over a three‑month engagement period, the team provides tailored biological, psychological, and social interventions, focusing on recovery and person-centred care. Some work is undertaken outside standard business hours. Shifts are scheduled at least one month in advance, providing both flexibility and predictable planning.
