As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting [Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITX] Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical role requiring the ability to go wide and deep on solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.
What you get to do in this role:
Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team
Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and give product demonstrations aligning solutions with customer needs
Answer technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues
Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements that add value
Share best practices and reusable assets with team members to improve quality and efficiency
Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
To be successful in this role, you have:
Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI's industry impact
7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud software solutions
Experience collaborating with product teams, marketing, partners, and professional services
Territory management skills, including pipeline development and working with Sales to guide execution
