The Business: Our client is an award-winning Australian property developer, with decades of heritage creating exceptional residential communities. This group is going through an exciting premium brand positioning phase, which you will be a part of. Due to growth, this position has become available.
The Position: Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will deliver all creative design and visual production across branding, marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels. This hands-on, strategic role suits a proactive designer who can take initiative and confidently elevate creative direction across multiple premium projects.

Responsibilities
* Develop and apply brand identity across multiple projects and support brand guideline evolution
* Design marketing materials for print and digital: brochures, signage, floorplans, social media, eDM, OOH
* Create design assets for events, including hospitality-related (menus, invitations, signage, wayfinding for events)
* Manage photography edits, retouching and asset curation
* Liaise with production companies and print suppliers for execution
* Collaborate with videographers on digital content; support video editing where skills allow
* Contribute strategic ideas to brand positioning and campaign development
* Manage design production timelines and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
About You
* Property industry experience essential (agency or in-house)
* 5+ years graphic design experience, ideally within creative agency or property-focused studio
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Proven experience in branding, brand guidelines, campaigns and print production
* Experience designing for events, activations and hospitality
* Video editing and/or photography experience is a bonus
* Highly creative with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution
* Proactive, strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for premium visual design and the built environment
* Tertiary qualification in Design or Visual Communication (preferred)
* Portfolio demonstrating property sector and multi-channel campaign work required
