The SRM Sr Associate will support external manufacturing operations and cross-functional development teams through clinical development, product validation, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products.
This role will lead day-to-day transactional activities with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), ensuring manufacturing readiness, documentation, and logistics are executed efficiently.
The SRM Sr Associate will also contribute to internal operations such as inventory management, supplier onboarding, and knowledge management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support external manufacturing and development teams, ensuring effective alignment across stakeholders.
Lead day-to-day transactional activities to support CMO operations, including shipping, logistics, and documentation for manufacturing readiness.
Manage internal operations such as inventory management in
SAP
and procure-to-pay processes in
Ariba
.
Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up during internal alignment meetings.
Track and report key metrics from external supplier/CMO manufacturing activities (Specialty RM, API, DP).
Support supplier selection processes for early and late-phase programs.
Drive knowledge management activities, including documentation, data tracking, and system utilization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Understanding of supply chain, procurement, GMP, and quality systems is desirable.
Ability to complete assignments with accuracy, clarity, and timeliness, with minimal oversight.
Experience with
SAP
,
Ariba
, and knowledge of
Smartsheets
and
Power BI
preferred.
Robust project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to present to multidisciplinary stakeholders.
