About The Opportunity
This is a key role suited to an experienced tradesperson ready to step into more leadership and coordination, or a Foreman seeking a more hands-on position. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations while still being actively involved in the build.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Reading and executing plans to a high standard
* Supervising trades, apprentices, and subcontractors on-site
* Maintaining safety standards and compliance with site procedures
* Coordinating daily site activities to meet timelines and quality benchmarks
* Mentoring junior team members and promoting a positive team environment
* Supporting project delivery through communication with clients and management
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* A Carpentry trade qualification and valid White Card
* Confidence leading others while remaining hands-on
* Proven experience in high-end residential construction
* A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
