In this stabilising phase, your primary focus will be mentoring, supporting, and enabling the team. * Leading a small, dedicated software development team using lean and Kanban principles.

* Working daily with offshore development teams.
* Staying hands‑on in the leadership side of delivery.

What You Bring:
* Experience leading software development teams.

* Ability to review and guide technical designs.
* Practical Lean/Kanban/flow delivery experience.
* Calm, fair leadership and excellent communication skills.
* Experience in SaaS environments and aligning tech roadmaps with business goals.
