This is a permanent, part time role in the Finance team, based in Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the operation of Council's accounts payable system, general finance support and related functions.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of Goods and Services Tax and Fringe Benefits Tax. Previous experience using computerised creditors systems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment will set you up for success in this role. You will be a standout if you can demonstrate your ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision, organise workloads and meet deadlines. Your application should also demonstrate the following:
* Good oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with suppliers and staff in a professional manner.
* Analytical and problem resolving skills.
* Keyboard and data entry skills to a high level of speed (minimum of 50 wpm) and numerical accuracy.
* Commitment to excellence in customer service.
