Ongoing Nanny & Household Helper - Kiels Mountain
A vibrant and growing family based on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly organised nanny/housekeeper to support them in the lead up to their third baby arriving late October. This is a truly special chance for someone who enjoys being a steady presence in a home, assisting in both childcare and household routines during a cherished and transformative time.
Location: Sunshine Coast, QLD
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule (subject to slight change with notice):
- 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Hours: 6:30AM - 9:30AM and 2:00PM - 5:00PM
- Transition to 4 - 5 days per week postpartum (after an initial 2 week family bonding period)
Children: Two daughters aged 7 and 3.5 years old, with a third baby due in October
Duties Will Include:
- Assisting with morning and afternoon routines for two school/kindy aged girls
- School and kindy drop offs and pickups (a fleet fuel card will be provided)
- Lunch prep, basic family meal preparation, and general household tidying
- Laundry support: washing, folding, and putting away clothes
- Being an extra pair of hands where needed during a busy family season
About the Role:
This position requires someone warm, calm, and child focused who can jump in with initiative and care. The ideal candidate will understand the emotional and practical demands of the postpartum period and be a consistent, grounding presence for the whole family. A genuine love for children, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential.
