Reporting to the _Marketing Team Lead_, the **Brand Manager** role will lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and the activation plans for Pediasure and EleCare. You will be responsible to deliver growth, market share improvements and increase brand equity metrics. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our brand, challenge the status quo and inspire others to embrace change.
This role is based at our head office in **Macquarie Park**.
**Responsibilities include (and not limited to)**:
Implement strategy and directive by the Marketing Team Lead in the areas of:
- Brand building and strategy
- Analyse market, competition and consumer data to identify and prioritise opportunities
- Translate strategy into a solid activation plan and 360 integrated marketing activities for both consumers and HCPs
- Develop high quality creative and media briefs
- Build a detailed picture of the market with both quantitative data and qualitative information
- Working closely with the digital team, develop a digital communication strategy with clear KPIs and propose and test the use of emerging digital platforms in relation to evolving healthcare landscape and consumer needs
- Impact and deliver financial objectives and business drivers, including setting investment priorities and budgeting
**Who we're looking for**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related field
- At least 3+ years of brand management experience in FMCG, Healthcare or Nutrition
- Experience across the entire marketing mix including NPD, launches, 360 integrated brand communication campaigns with strong digital components, packaging, point of sale, able to leverage category and consumer insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, with strong logical thinking, able to translate data analysis into clear strategy
- A high level of emotional intelligence, ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a positive can-do attitude with ownership and a drive for results.
- Experience in both consumer marketing and HCP marketing will be highly regarded
- A passion for nutrition and a desire to play a positive role in people's health
