The Project Support Officer - Stores provides support services in the warehouse for preparedness, emergency response activities and the planned burning program. This State Government Department plays a critical role in the delivery of land and natural resource management for Victorians and protection against and management of fires and emergencies.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support and pick packing duties to ensure stock control levels are in line to meet business objectives and priorities, which includes ensuring that stocks are received, monitoring of stock levels, dispatching of orders and stock data recording into the warehouse management system to ensure up-to-date inventory levels.
- Support the effective and productive provision of equipment management services and warehouse inventory levels services and actions to support a high performing culture.
- Assist with ensuring departmental and group requirements are met in accordance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
- Assist with the identification of emerging issues, risks and trends impacting on the successful achievement of objectives and priorities and develop solutions and options.
**About you**:
- Forklift license and experience is required
- Victorian Driver's license
- Experience in a warehouse environment
