We are seeking a Fundraising & Partnerships Coordinator to support PCYC NSW's fundraising and partnership portfolio through high-quality donor care, gift processing, corporate fundraising and event support, digital campaigns, and executive-level coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring supporters, partners, and senior leaders are effectively supported while helping drive funding that changes young lives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Digital and working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and GM Fundraising & Marketing, this hands-on role provides critical operational and coordination support across fundraising, corporate partnerships, events, and digital campaigns.
You will work closely with the Fundraising, Digital, Marketing, and Corporate Partnerships teams to ensure activities run smoothly, priorities are met, and outputs are accurate, professional, and timely. The role also provides high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders while contributing to day-to-day fundraising operations, including elements of Workplace Giving and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor care & gift processing
* Support donor stewardship activities to ensure a positive supporter and partner experience
* Process donations accurately and in line with internal policies, maintaining high data integrity
* Maintain donor, gift, and interaction records using Nonprofit Cloud
* Manage enquiries via the fundraising inbox and phone line, ensuring timely and professional responses
* Support acknowledgements, receipting, and donor reporting
Fundraising & corporate partnership support
* Support fundraising initiatives across appeals, lotteries, corporate partnerships, campaigns, and high-value giving
* Assist with coordination of corporate fundraising activities, sponsorships, partner events, and Workplace Giving
* Contribute to the research, development, and copywriting of fundraising and partnership materials, including proposals, presentations, submissions, and campaign content
Executive, administrative & operational support
* Provide proactive coordination and administrative support to the GM Fundraising & Marketing and Head of Fundraising & Digital
* Assist with preparing and polishing high-quality presentations, briefing papers, reports, and written submissions
* Coordinate follow-ups, track actions, and ensure deadlines and priorities are met
* Support reconciliation of fundraising income, corporate transactions, and event-related financial activity in collaboration with Finance
* Compile data, insights, and reporting to support decision-making and planning
* Assist with performance reports, dashboards, and updates across fundraising, marketing, and partnerships
* Support management of team calendars, key meetings, events, campaigns, and reporting deadlines
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes, systems, and workflows
Digital, campaigns & brand
* Support digital activity including website updates, digital campaigns, and social media, as required
* Assist with monitoring and responding to fundraising and partnership-related social media enquiries
* Support campaign and partnership reporting and performance tracking
* Work closely with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure content aligns with PCYC NSW brand and tone of voice
Collaboration & continuous improvement
* Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and corporate partnerships teams to deliver integrated activities
* Contribute to continuous improvement of supporter experience, processes, and tools

ABOUT YOU
You are a highly organised, proactive coordinator with strong administration and communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working closely with senior leaders, and take pride in producing accurate, polished work.
You will bring:
* 1–3 years' experience in coordination, administration, or fundraising support roles
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing professional presentations and reports
* Experience or interest in CRM systems (e.g. Nonprofit Cloud) and data management
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
* Genuine passion for the not-for-profit sector and PCYC NSW's mission
* Willingness to travel across NSW as required
