Our client – a federal government agency – is seeking applications from Instructors/Course Manager for a 10+ month contract in Holsworthy NSW.
You will be responsible for delivering training content (instruction), conduct course administration, lead course coordination as required and support training development and improvement functions. The content includes but not limited to military rural and urban movement, close-quarter battle, roping and military explosives.
Your responsibility will span across the entire lifecycle of a course, from planning through delivery and execution, followed by review activities to support continuous improvement and course governance.
Regular common requirements include:
1. Delivery of instructional content .
2. Manage courses conducted by Training Wing.
3. Administrative and clerical support to course delivery, administration, and governance.
4. Generation of required documentation, information, and other outputs in relevant format
5. Provision support services to meet emergent deadlines.
Your selection will be based on the evaluation criteria:
6. Experience in the delivery of instructional content relating to Special Forces rural and urban movement, close-quarter battle, roping and military explosives.
7. Experience in the planning and/or delivery of training courses or curriculums.
8. Must have an active NV1 security clearance.
9. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
10. Strong organisational and time management skills who can work independently with minimal supervision.
11. Desirable to have the following familiarity and experience with the ADF and proven experience working as a high-level Project Support in Defence.
