Brand Manager – Older Adult Care ANZ in the Healthcare Nutrition team at Danone (Nutricia). Permanent role, hybrid (Chatswood + WFH). The role involves driving strategy and execution of the Fortisip Older Adult Care portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, delivering sustainable growth while improving outcomes for older adults.
Responsibilities
* Co‐develop and deliver the Older Adult Care portfolio strategy across pharmacy and aged care channels; own end‐to‐end brand planning, execution and commercial delivery.
* Lead integrated multi‐channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and consumers; develop and execute new product launches and innovation pipelines; manage ATL/BTL activation, digital engagement and campaign performance optimisation.
* Lead monthly performance analysis and generate insights to drive strategic decisions; manage brand P&L, A&P budgets and ROI evaluation; partner with sales, supply chain and category teams to optimise execution and forecasting.
* Work closely with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Digital, R&D and Global teams; act as key point of contact for pharmacy and aged care channels; support field teams to maximise in‐market performance.
Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
* Two or more years' experience in brand or product management within FMCG, healthcare or OTC.
* Strong experience in brand strategy, innovation and integrated campaign execution.
* Proven ability in data analysis, performance tracking and commercial decision‐making.
* Experience working in cross‐functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
* Exposure to pharmacy or healthcare channels (highly regarded).
