What you will experience as a Digital Archiving Cadet
The Digital Archiving Cadet is a new program offering:
* Paid part-time work at the prestigious National Archives of Australia at the APS 4 level (0.6 pro rata) for eleven months, with potential for ongoing employment
* Access to peer support and networking opportunities in digital archiving
* Collaboration with others to achieve optimal outcomes
* Incorporation of feedback into work
* Learning new concepts, models, and workflows
* Opportunities to improve processes or systems
* Seeking and making sense of information from various sources
* Understanding and upholding APS Values, Code of Conduct, and Employment Principles
