Delaware North Australia is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Adelaide Airport on a full-time basis.
In this hands‑on leadership role, you will guide and support our front‑of‑house team across café, restaurant and bar operations. You’ll lead by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced, high‑energy airport environment.
Flexible availability required to cover both early morning (4am) and evening closing shifts.

What will you do?
Supervise, motivate and support a diverse team to uphold service excellenceLead daily café, bar and restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and a guest‑first approachPrepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, cocktails and mixed drinks, demonstrating strong barista and bar skillsTrain, coach and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing and energetic cultureBe well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needsAssist with the setup and maintenance of bar, dining and service areasManage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growthOversee inventory, stock control and ordering processesImplement upselling strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenueEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
More About You
Must have previous experience working in a café or restaurant, with demonstrated barista and bar service capabilityProven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume, fast-paced environmentResponsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and RP BadgeSkilled in bar operations, including coffee preparation and beverage servicePassionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approachStrong team‑leadership skills with experience in training or workforce mobilisationUnderstanding of labour controls and food cost management, desirable
